Over thirty years or so, the museum has established an outstanding contemporary art collection of more than 300 works.
Raoul Hausmann is one of the founders of the Dada movement in Berlin, which completely redefined the forms that art took and what it aimed to achieve.
Le château de Rochechouart is a fairly uniform example of the style of the end of the Gothic era, and combines late Gothic design with Renaissance motifs.
